Join your fellow Essex Catholic alumni on Saturday, November 23, 2019, at The Mansion At Mountain Lakes (90 US 46 East, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046) for the 38th Annual Alumni Dinner and Hall of Fame Induction. Since 1981, alumni, staff and friends of Essex Catholic High School have been gathering annually to reconnect, reminisce, and most important, support the Foundation’s scholarship fund and other charitable works. We will continue with our tradition of honoring outstanding members of the Essex Catholic community with induction into the Hall of Fame. Our inductees this year are Richard G. Kitts ’69, John D. Noonan ’74, Charles L. Schaafsma ’75, William C. Vantuono ’77, and Albert A. Mattia, Faculty 1963-1964 and Assistant Wrestling Coach 1966-1986. We will also give Special Recognition to the 1969 State Championship Varsity Soccer Team (Fall 1968) and 1970 State Championship Varsity Soccer Team (Fall 1969), among whose players were Hall of Fame members Eddie Austin ’70, Tom Miller ’70, Vic Silva ’70, Nick Grosch ’71, Jim Harrison ’71, Hugh O’Neill ’72 and Coach Bro. Marty Germain.
